One of our core values at OLAM Group is flexibility. The last few years, we applied this flexibility and our resilience to steward our clients through tremendous change in the UAE and their European operations.

Today, we are announcing a major change of our own.


After almost 6 fantastic years in the UAE, we are relocating our operations further north.


The pandemic has confirmed that we don’t need to be tied to an office. When we started in 2015, we practised flexible, location-independent support. We are extremely grateful for our clients who trusted us, then and now, no matter from where they received our reliable and consistent HR guidance.

While I’m personally sad to say goodbye to Dubai, our families in Germany and the UK are equally thrilled to see more of us in person.

We will continue our consulting services for SMEs in Europe. We firmly believe that work can only be accomplished at its best when individuals are respected, valued and inspired. HR is about lifting society by improving the work and lives of individuals. We will continue our mission of providing resources to help organisations do just that.
